Terms of Use

Anoya is a client app for connecting a device to VPN and proxy servers specified by the user or by a provider the user has chosen.

The Company does not provide its own VPN or proxy servers, does not sell access to such servers and does not operate servers, configurations or subscriptions added by the user.

You agree to:

• use the Service in accordance with applicable law;
• use only servers, subscriptions and configurations you have the right to use;
• not use the Service to gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malware or spam, or harm others.

You are solely responsible for the servers, configurations and third-party providers you choose.

Servers, subscriptions, DNS services and other third-party resources used through the Service are provided and operated by third parties.

The Company does not control or guarantee their availability, speed, security, content, terms of use or data processing.

The use of such services may be governed by the terms and policies of the respective providers.

The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service on devices you own or control. The Service is licensed, not sold, to the user.

Open-source components are used and distributed under their applicable licenses.

All rights in the Service, including its name, logo, design and original components of the app and website, belong to the Company or the respective rights holders.

These Terms do not grant the user any rights to trademarks, trade names or other intellectual property, other than the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We may update, change or discontinue certain features of the Service.

The operation of the Service may depend on the operating system, third-party servers, networks, protocols, subscriptions and other services that are outside the Company's control.

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service or its compatibility with all third-party configurations and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that the Service will operate without errors or interruptions, provide a particular connection speed or meet the user's specific requirements.

This section does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or profits, or for the actions, availability, security or operation of third-party servers, providers and services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The processing of information when you use the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If the Service was downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, the terms of the respective app store also apply.

These Terms are concluded between the user and the Company. Apple and Google are not providers of the Service and are not responsible for its operation or support, except as provided by their own terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.

The Company may stop distributing the Service or certain of its features for technical, legal or security reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this document.
