Privacy Policy

Anoya (the “Service”) is provided by Piu Piu Limited (the “Company”).

For the purposes of this Policy, the Company is responsible for processing the personal data it actually receives in the cases described below.

The Service does not require registration or an account.

We do not collect or store:

• VPN or proxy traffic;
• browsing history;
• DNS queries;
• connection history;
• user configurations and keys;
• app usage analytics.

The app contains no advertising or user analytics tools.

Configurations, subscription URLs, keys, routing rules, DNS settings and other app settings are stored locally on the user's device.

The app also creates a random installation identifier. It persists across app updates and is deleted when the app is fully removed from the device.

When the app requests a subscription URL added by the user, it may send the installation identifier and the device model to that server as part of the technical parameters of the request.

The Company does not receive or store this data.

Diagnostic logs are stored locally on the device and are not sent to us automatically.

Depending on the settings, they may contain:

• information about connections, disconnections and errors;
• profile and location names;
• server and subscription addresses;
• device model and operating system version;
• if detailed logging of the VPN engine is enabled: domains and IP addresses to which connections were made.

The Company receives a diagnostic log only if the user sends it to us, for example when contacting support.

The Service connects directly to servers and subscription URLs specified by the user or the user's provider. The Company does not operate such servers and does not receive the traffic passing through them.

For certain features, the app may also contact third-party services:

• Cloudflare: to check the connection and speed;
• GitHub: to download and update GeoIP/GeoSite databases;
• Cloudflare, Google, Quad9 or AdGuard: when the corresponding secure DNS service (DoH) is used.

Such services may process technical data of network requests in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The Service does not use its own or third-party tools for automatic app usage analytics or automatic crash reporting.

Apple and Google may independently receive technical data about the app's operation, including crash and performance information, as part of their operating systems and app stores.

Such processing is carried out by Apple and Google in accordance with their own policies.

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you voluntarily provide in your request, including diagnostic data and attached files.

We use this information to handle your request and keep it only for as long as necessary for that purpose or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

The anoya.io website does not use advertising tracking or user analytics. The website may store the selected language locally in the user's browser.

The hosting provider may temporarily process standard technical logs, including IP address and request time, to operate and secure the website.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or profiling, or share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

We may disclose information we actually hold if required by applicable law or a legally binding request.

Since we do not store VPN traffic, browsing history, connection history or user configurations, we cannot provide data we do not have.

With respect to personal data the Company actually holds, you may exercise the rights granted by applicable law.

Under the laws of Hong Kong, you may in particular ask whether we hold your personal data, request access to such data and request correction of inaccurate data.

If other applicable law grants you additional rights, including the right to deletion, you may also exercise those rights where provided by law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this document.
